UPCOMING EVENTS

I offer Zoom-based virtual classes to help support your goals and facilitate a sense of community with others on their own journey. During these online classes, we cover some of the below topics:

• Maintaining Balance and Boundaries

• Living with Intention

• Moving through Crisis and/or Change

• Encountering loss

These series generally run from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. Classes meet once a week for approximately 90 minutes and participants have the option of joining a day class or an evening class.

Day class begins at 1:00 p.m. and the evening class begins at 7:00 p.m. Class size is limited to create an intimate, supportive environment. Each class includes individual check-in, a presentation by BHC, small group sharing, the occasional written exercise, and time for Q & A.
